Not on broadband yet? Consider PlusNet, I have been with them since February 2004 and have had excellent service. Their pricing is good. They keep you well informed when signing up, your account has easily accessed detailed information, allows you to easily control the protection firewall on your connection, and their call centres are in the UK :-) —and they give you a free router when you sign up.
